29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) 1227 Mayfly Drive, Montrose, CO 81401: On or about March 9, 2023, employees were exposed to caught in hazards while operating an unguarded Jet Drill Press (Model # JDP-17MF, Stock # 354169, Serial # 8120103) to drill holes in wood materials.  b) 1227 Mayfly Drive, Montrose, CO 81401: On or about March 9, 2023, employees were exposed to caught in hazards while operating an unguarded Jet Drill Press (Model # JDP-15M, Stock # 354165) to drill holes in wood materials.
