29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:  On or about January 22, 2026, at a newly constructed commercial building, an employee stood on the top step/level of a eight foot-tall a-frame step ladder while installing an awning frame to the exterior of the building.  AAA Canvas & Awning Co., Inc. Dba AAA Awning Co., Inc was previously cited for a violation pf this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1851035, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order date on 11/17/2025, with respect to a workplace at 213 S. Loop 336 W. Conroe, TX 77304.
