29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work: a. On or about March 09, 2023, at 26840 McLaughlin Boulevard, Bonita Springs, Florida, 34134, a crew of employees/electrically unqualified persons were working atop a newly poured second story concrete deck, which was located near an energized and uninsulated 13.2kv Phase to ground overhead power line, during which time one of the employees was working a with an 18-foot-long metal concrete bull float; therefore exposing the employees to an electrocution hazard.

29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): The employer began work without determining if employees could contact any part of an energized circuit and did not post warning signs and advise employees of the location of the circuit, hazards, and protective measures they need to take. a. On or about March 09, 2023, at 26840 McLaughlin Boulevard, Bonita Springs, Florida, 34134, a crew of seven employees/electrically unqualified persons were working atop a newly poured second story concrete deck, which was located near an energized and uninsulated overhead power line, during which time one of the employees was working a with an 18-foot-long metal concrete bull float, and wherein the employer had not posted warning signs nor had advised the employees of the electrical hazard and the protective measures to have been taken; therefore exposing the employees to an electrocution hazard.
