29 CFR  1926.1052(c)(4):Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, or equivalent intermediate structural members were not provided between the top rail of the stairrail system and the stairway steps:   (a) At the staircase of the site, located at 26532 Hickory Blvd, Bonita Springs, FL, 34134, on or about 5/21/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that an 11 foot 9 inch tall staircase did not have a midrail installed between the top rail of the stairrail system and the stairway steps.
