29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(2)(ii): To prevent employees from entering hazard areas, the employer did not erect and maintain control lines, warning lines, railings or similar barriers to mark the boundaries of the hazard areas. A) Job site located at 1 International Drive, Savannah, GA: On or about 2/24/23, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the swing radius of a Liebherr LR 1300 track crane serial #138484 was not adequately barricaded by control lines, warning lines, railings or similar barriers to mark the boundaries of the rotating superstructure.
