29 CFR  1926.302(e)(5): Tools (loaded or empty) were pointed at an employee:  a) C-5 aircraft hangar at 916 Paris Street, Dover Air Force Base, DE 19902: On or about March 20, 2023, employees were working under the decking installation where powder actuated tools were firing .27 caliber powder cartridges being used to install pins by firing the tool into the surface.
