29 CFR 1915.73(d): When employees were exposed to unguarded edges of decks, platforms, flats, or similar flat surfaces, more than 5 feet above a solid surface, the edges were not guarded by adequate guardrails meeting the requirements of 29 CFR 1915.71(j)(1) and (2):  a) Philly Shipyard, Inc.- 2100 Kitty Hawk Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Grand Block 150 top deck: On or about March 21, 2023, the employer did not ensure the stairwell on the upper deck was adequately protected by guardrails, thereby exposing employees to falls of approximately 9 feet.  b) Philly Shipyard, Inc.- 2100 Kitty Hawk Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Grand Block 150, Machinery area, midship: On or about March 21, 2023, the employer did not ensure the guardrail adjacent to the electrical panel was secured, thereby exposing employees to falls of approximately 24 feet.
