29 CFR  1910.219(d)(1):  Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o):  a)  Metem - On or about April 18, 2023, employees were exposed to in-running nip point hazards from rotating pulleys of a power transmission device used to power a horizontal drill chuck for straightening electrodes.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
