29 CFR  1910.1030(d)(4)(iii)(A)(1)(i): Contaminated sharps were not discarded immediately or as soon as feasible in containers that were closable:  a) Sterilization Area - On or about March 29, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to health hazards associated with bloodborne pathogens in that, employer failed to ensure that employees were discarding the contaminated sharps in containers that were closable, puncture resistant, leakproof on sides and bottom and labeled ore color-coded properly.

29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals:   a) Dental Office/Workstation  - On or about March 29, 2023 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that, employer failed to ensure the containers of chemicals such as but not limited to, Caviwipes were provided with proper labels.
