29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:   a) 1736 County Line Rd, Lakewood, NJ 08701: Workers were utilizing  a JLG Articulated boom lift  to perform painting activities and were not connected to the basket with a personal arrest system. The workers were at a height of approximately 10 to 12 feet above the ground. Observed on or about 3/30/23.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
