29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) On or about April 07, 2023, in the warehouse, fire extinguishers were blocked by items such as boxes, pallets, equipment, and plastic crates in the following locations: 1) Receiving area North wall fire extinguisher blocked by boxes. 2) Upstairs storage area West wall fire extinguisher blocked by foam board pieces and display pieces. 3) Receiving area South wall fire extinguisher blocked by blue plastic crates. 4) West wall fire extinguisher between dairy and frozen food cooler blocked by blue plastic crates and product. 5) East wall fire extinguisher between the frozen food cooler and the meat department blocked by product.
