On or about April 11, 2023, Erik Ramirez DBA Ramirez Painting Service LLC did not ensure that each employee was protected from falls by a harness and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket of a JLG aerial lift at a worksite located at 5529 Telegraph Road in Saint Louis, Missouri.
