29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1)(ii): The platform was not planked or decked as fully as possible and the remaining open space between the platform and the uprights exceeded 9.5 inches (24.1 cm): At a commercial worksite located at 1180 NW Buckner Tarsney Rd, Grain Valley, MO 64029. Employees were exposed to fall hazards, when performing work operations on a tubular framed scaffold at an elevated height of approximately 18.5 feet. The space between the platform and the uprights exceeded 9.5 inches.

29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(ii): A toeboard was not erected along the edge of platforms more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower levels to protect employees below. At a commercial worksite located at 1180 NW Buckner Tarsney Rd, Grain Valley, MO 64029. Employees were exposed to struck by hazards while working on a under a scaffold, which was more than 10 feet in height. The scaffold lacked toeboards while there was a danger of tools, materials, and equipment falling from the scaffold and striking employees below. The area below the scaffold was not barricaded to prevent employees from entering.
