29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  Maintenance Shop:  Four 55-gallon drums containing diesel fuel and motor oil blocked the available fire extinguisher so that it was not readily accessible without moving the nearly full drums.  Employees were exposed to crush-by injuries from the drums and fire hazards such as smoke inhalation and burns.
