29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1):The employer shall establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided in this paragraph by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels. a) At 209 North Lowndes Street, Hahira, GA 31632: On or about April 25, 2023, the employer exposed employees to auditory hazards in that an audiometric testing program was not provided to all employees covered by the hearing conservation program.
