29 CFR  1926.59: As referenced by 1910.1200(e)(1): At the job site, the employer had not developed, implemented, and maintained at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section.  At a residential worksite located at 9525 Parkwood Ave, Kansas City, Missouri. Employees were exposed to serious health hazards. The employer had not developed a Hazard Communications Program for the various types of chemicals in use in the workplace.

At a residential worksite located at 9525 Parkwood Ave, Kansas City, Missouri. Employees were exposed to serious eye injury while using a DeWalt and Pierce brand pneumatic nail gun without eye protection.

Employees were accessing a working surface on a roof by way of a portable ladder whose side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface being accessed.
