When an employee is exposed to falling objects, the employer did not ensure that each employee wears head protection that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part. And/or the employer did not protect employees from falling objects by implementing one or more of the following methods listed in 1910.28(c)(1)-(3).  (a) on or about April 24, 2023, at 1208 Northwest 10th Avenue Okeechobee, FL., Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards, in that the roof of the maintenance barn had metal panels hanging from the roof where employees worked or passed through to go to work.
