29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person:  (a)LP Roofing & Construction, LLC at 5004 West 49th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57106:  On or about and at times prior to April 27, 2023, the exposing employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job site were accomplished while conducting roofing work on a residential property.  This condition exposed employees to falls hazards from the roof, falls from ladders, and a lack of training.
