Seneca St. Wichita, KS, employee(s) engaged in concrete construction activities, dry cutting on concrete, were exposed to pulmonary hazards and/or cardiac stress hazards in that the employer had not determined, through a medical evaluation, the employees' ability to use a respirator before the employee(s) are fit tested or required to use a respirator. Employees were required to utilize a 3M 8511 N95 particulate respirator.
