29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors or potentially injurious light radiation.    Front of the house: Employee were not wearing eye protection when mixing and applying Hanson Permanente cement containing Portland cement to the surface of bricks with hand tools. Employees were exposed to chemical hazards.

Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards.  b. On the foundation: The electric mixer power cord had a splice. Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards.
