29 CFR 1917.151(b)(1): Danger zones on machines and equipment used by employees were not guarded:  a) Norfolk International Terminal, Ship to Shore Crane #2: On or about May 18, 2023, the danger zone on the trolley platform during movement was not guarded as a result a subcontractor employee was wedged between the boom catenary bracket and top railing of the trolley platform.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
