29 CFR 1904.41(a)(2): Annual electronic submission of part 1904 records by establishments with 20 or more employees, but less than 250 employees. The establishment had 20 or more employees at any time during the previous calendar year, and this part required the establishment to keep records, and the employer did not electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee by the specified date:   a. Youngquist Brothers, LLC, located at 15465 Pine Ridge Road, in Fort Myers, Florida, 33908: On or about June 2, 2023, and times prior thereto, the employer failed for calendar year 2022, to electronically submit information from the OSHA Form 300A or equivalent by March 2, 2023. The establishment employed approximately 220 employees and was classified in the North American Industrial Classification System as 237110 during calendar year 2022.
