29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards:  (a) On or about May 31, 2023, at 6231 Lake Ospry Dr., Sarasota, FL., Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 50 feet, in that they were not adequately trained on recognizing the hazards of falling or fall protection requirements.
