29 CFR  1910.1000(a)(2): Employees were exposed to an airborne concentration of Carbon Monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 50 ppm:  (a) On or about June 6, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees working in the main warehouse area were exposed to Carbon Monoxide (CO) at levels exceeding the 50 ppm OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) due to adjacent construction activities having gasoline-powered equipment.  CSHO measured levels of CO exceeding 75 ppm in the center of the warehouse using a direct-reading instrument.
