29 CFR 1917.93(a): The employer did not ensure that employees exposed to falling objects wore protective helmets.   a) 1 Hausel Road, Port of Wilmington, Wilmington, DE 19801 (Warehouse F/Rear): On or about June 9, 2023, and days prior, employees were exposed to struck by injuries at the Port of Wilmington when bundled lumber stacked two (2) high was stacked overhead on a Great Dane 53-foot flatbed trailer. The employee was struck by lumber while unstrapping the load when the forklift operator knocked a bundle of lumber onto employee.
