29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  At 20268 Grandview St., Bucyrus, Kansas, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to dermatitis and burn hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals. Employer had not developed nor implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure employees are aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work. Hazardous chemicals used at the site included but were not limited to gasoline.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  At 20268 Grandview St., Bucyrus, Kansas, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to dermatitis and burn hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to gasoline in that the employer did not maintain a copy of the required safety data sheet for gasoline.
