On or about June 23, 2023, at the jobsite: employees performing stucco work while operating the JLG 460SJ Aerial Lift were exposed to an approximate 12 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a.) On or about June 23, 2023, at the site: employees were exposed to 12 foot fall hazards, in that, employees were observed climbing in and out of the JLG 460SJ and standing on the second story balcony of the residential home that had unprotected edges to perform plastering and stucco work.
