29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:  a) At Century East Apartment Building #1 - 2909 Ohio Street and  Building #5 - 1823 Mapleton Avenue, Bismarck, ND, 58503, on June 26, 2023, subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazards throughout the job site.  Premier Systems, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1401291 , citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 16, 2019, with respect to a workplace located  at 1301 South Lindenwald Drive, Sioux Falls, SD 57106:   Premier Systems, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1245376, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 27, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 3800 East 15th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57103.
