29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) Warehouse (Rear Left Emergency Exit): On or about 6/27/2023, employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards, in that the emergency exit route was obstructed with pallets and equipment. There was only a 16- inch clearance while employees were loading and unloading product for distribution. (b) Warehouse (Rear Right Emergency Exit): On or about 6/27/2023, employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards, in that the emergency exit route was obstructed by a small crane and pallets. There was only an 18- inch clearance while employees were performing tasks such as loading/unloading product for distribution.

29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Rear Warehouse: On or about 6/27/2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to corrosive hazards, in that an eyewash, containing dirt and debris and obstructed by a Caterpillar Hyster forklift and pallets was not available to employees who add water to powered industrial truck batteries.
