29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) a) On or about 6/29/2023 at Lot#18 at the corner of Ediman Ct and Kennison Ln in Seabrook Village, Camden, DE 19934: CSHO determined the competent person did not initiate or conduct an inspection of the equipment and work area to make sure they had the materials and equipment needed before work started. The employees did not have any fall protection on the truck to work safely. b) On or about 6/29/2023 at Lot#19 at the corner Kennison Ln and Casterline Court, Seabrook Village, Camden, DE 19934: CSHO determined the competent person did not initiate or conduct an inspection of the equipment and work area to make sure they had the materials and equipment needed before work started. The employees did not have any fall protection on the truck to work safely.
