On or about July 4, 2023, at the worksite, the employer did not provide drinking water for employees conducting landscaping activities in high heat conditions, exposing employees to heat illness.

OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to struck-, crushed-by and drowning hazards:   a.	On or about July 4, 2023, at the worksite, an employee operating an Exmark lawnmower on a slope of 12.5 to 18.7 degrees was exposed to struck by, crushed by, and drowning hazards.
