29 CFR 1926.652(b): The slopes and configurations of sloping and benching systems were not selected and constructed as required and/or were not in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.652(b)(1), (b)(2), (b)(3), or (b)(4). a) At the jobsite, employees were exposed to caught-in or between hazards while working in an two excavations without adequate cave-in protection. The Northtex Construction, LLC was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.652(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1656404, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 5, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at SW Corner of W Teralyn Way and Old Montgomery Road, 30.405726, -95.507273, WILLIS, TX 77318.
