OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that they were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards:  On or about July 14, 2023, at the CSX Intermodal Terminals, Inc. yard at 7000 W. 71st Street, in Bedord Park, Illinois, east end of the yard on track 7 East, Pacific Rail Services employees were exposed to jobsite struck-by and crushing hazards between two chassis while assisting an overhead gantry crane operator to load a container onto a railcar.
