At the jobsite located at the Park Condominiums Building #5, Sarasota, FL  : On or about May 17, 2023, the employer exposed the employees to fall hazards, in that a personal fall arrest system was not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level while performing roofing work at heights approximately  21 feet.
