OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards involving the movement and placement of concrete pipe:  (a): On or about August 1, 2023, at the jobsite near 4055 Steel Drive, Machesney Park, Illinois, employees were exposed to struck by hazards as 48-inch diameter concrete pipe was being unloaded or left unattended. The pipes were not being secured in a manner to prevent them from rolling on the jobsite.
