29 CFR  1926.1153(c)(1):29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1:   Worksite located at 14520 S. Crump Lane, Ashland, Missouri- Employees were exposed to respiratory hazards in the form of crystalline silica. The employee had cut the sidewalk  with a radial cutting saw, which created a large plume of dust containing silica dust and was not using any form of engineering controls or work practices to eliminate the hazards associated with silica dusts.
