29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) At the job site at 561 E Overdrive Circle, Hernando, Florida 34442, on or about August 10, 2023, the emergency exit door leading outside was locked by means of ball doorknob, barrel slide bolt and slide door latch, exposing employees to fire and entrapment hazards.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) At the job site at 561 E Overdrive Circle, Hernando, Florida 34442, on or about August 10, 2023, the emergency exit and exit access were obstructed by a compressed gas cylinder (oxygen), standing floor fan and various pieces of welding equipment, restricting employee's movement thru the exit access and preventing prompt access to the exit.

29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tank cars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: a) At the job site at 561 E Overdrive Circle, Hernando, Florida 34442, on August 10, 2023, employees were exposed to stuck-by hazards; in that, the employer failed to train and/or ensured that employees properly stored gas (oxygen, argon, acetylene) cylinders in areas where objects, such as, but no limited to, powered industrial trucks, as described om Section 3.3.8 of the Compressed Gas Pamphlet. Unsecured acetylene and argon gas cylinders were stored near the access doorway of the Machine Shop.
