29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work:   On or about 8/03/2023, at the job site located at 3321 Southwest 42nd Ave, Palm City, FL 34990, on the north side of the building, employees positioned, climbed, and moved an aluminum extension ladder nearby an overhead powerline rated at 13.2 kilovolts, exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
