29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems a) On or about 09/01/2023, at the jobsite located at 14123 SR-54, Odessa, Florida 33556, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet, in that, fall protection was not used while engaged in concrete floor finishing with an unprotected side or edge.
