29 CFR  1926.502(b)(2): Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, or equivalent intermediate structure members were not installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking/working surface when there was no wall or parapet wall at least 21 inches (53 cm) high.   (a): Exterior Framing- Mesh used as a mid-rail was not fully installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking/working surface.  Section of mesh was missing where employees were unloading material, other areas of mesh were damaged and ruptured. Employees were exposed to fall hazards, on or about September 11, 2023.   There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
