29 CFR  1910.132(d)(1):The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE):  a) On or about 09/21/2023, throughout the facility; Employees were working with products coming from a textile dryer, when the employer did not develop and certify a written hazard assessment to determine the use of adequate Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to: hand and arm protection thereby exposing employees to burn hazards.   ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED.
