29 CFR  1926.760(b)(3): Each connector working at heights over 15 and up to 30 feet above a lower level, was not provided with a personal fall arrest system, positioning device system or fall restraint system and wear the equipment necessary to be able to be tied off; or was not provided with other means of protection from fall hazards in accordance with paragraph (a)(1) of this section.  a. 227 Main St., Belleview, NJ 07109  The employer failed to ensure that the employees were protected from failing from unprotected edges while connecting  beams (braces) on a storage facility under construction. Employees were working from an A-frame ladder, above the guardrails, without a personal fall arrest system, positioning device, or wearing equipment to be able to be tied off at a height greater than 20-feet.  Violation observed on 10/04/2024
