29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  a) New residential construction located at 194 East Lake Ter. SE, Atlanta, GA 30317, Front roof: On or about 10/03/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed an employee to struck-by hazards while operating a pneumatic nail gun, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees engaged in framing and sheathing work while operating this tool at 120 PSI.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  a) New residential construction located at 194 East Lake Ter. SE, Atlanta, GA 30317, Front roof: On or about 10/03/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards on a roof with an eave height exceeding 25-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while employees were engaged in framing and sheathing a residential structure.

SE, Atlanta, GA 30317, Front roof; On or about 10/03/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to falls of approximately 5-feet, 10-inches to the lower level, in that an employee worked from the top step and cap of an A-Frame ladder which is prohibited.
