29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(viii): Portable fire extinguishers were not inspected periodically and maintained in accordance with maintenance and use of portable fire extinguishers, N.F.P.A. No. 10A-1970: a) 901 Washington St. Conshohocken, PA - On or about October 18, 2023 the fire extinguisher in the jobsite trailer had an expired service date and was not in working condition. The pressure gauge on the extinguisher was not in the operable range.
