29 CFR 1926.601(b)(4)(i):The employer used motor vehicle equipment that had an obstructed view to the rear, and did not have a reverse signal alarm audible above the surrounding noise level: a) 1020 West Bridge Street, Spring City, PA 19475, rear yard, in the area of the shed - On or about July 10, 2025, an employee was exposed to struck-by hazards when he was walking on the gravel driveway by a Ford F550 mini dump truck being driven in reverse without the use of a back-up alarm and obstructed view to the rear.
