Workshop:  On or about October 24, 2023 a blue shop air blow gun being used at a workbench across from lapping machine 48 for blowing off metal particles and nuisance particulate was digitally measured with a tip discharge peak pressure of 106.9 psi.

Coherent was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1572848, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 7, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1280 Blue Hills Avenue Bloomfield, CT 06002.
