29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) LS Roofing LLC at 17760 E Hamilton Circle Aurora, CO 80013 (413/437; Building 4): On or about October 24, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 20 feet. Three employees were replacing the roof of a three story apartment building and were exposed to at least a 20 ft fall hazard. The employer failed to ensure their employees were protected by a personal fall arrest system.

29 CFR 1926.502(d): The employer used body belts as part of a personal fall arrest system: a) 17810 E Girard Drive Aurora, CO 80013: On or about October 24, 2023, and at times prior, an employee was exposed to a body belt at a 20 foot height. Employees were replacing the roof of a several story apartment building and one employee was wearing a body belt for fall protection. The employer failed to ensure their employee was properly protected from a dangerous fall by not providing and enforcing the appropriate personal fall arrest system equipment.
