29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  At the temporary jobsite located at 25076 106 Ct. Olathe, Kansas, the employer failed to develop a written hazard communication program to describe how the program would be implemented to include proper training, labeling, and the administration of safety data sheets, to address their chemicals such as but not limited to the hazards of gasoline which can cause skin irritation, highly flammable, and cause respiratory irritation.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s)  At the temporary jobsite located at 25076 106 Ct. Olathe, Kansas, the employer failed to maintain safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals including but not limited to gasoline, which ca cause skin to irritation, highly flammable, and can cause respiratory irritation.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   At the temporary jobsite located at 25076 106 Ct. Olathe, Kansas, employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to struck-by hazards while using a pneumatic nail gun to secure framing materials in that eye protection was not provided or utilized.
