29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  At a worksite located at 3509 SE Corbin Drive, Lee's Summit, MO, 64082, employees were exposed to fall hazards.  The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to perform roofing work without the use of fall protection.  Instances of exposure include, but are not limited to:  1.  Employee working on the western section of the structures roof without utilizing fall protection.   2.  Employee working on the northern section of the structures roof without utilizing fall protection.  Humberto Gonzalez-Salinas was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1705761, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/16/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 25076 106th Ct., Olathe, KS 66062.  Humberto Gonzalez-Salinas was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1704911, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/16/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 15486 W 173rd Street, Olathe, KS 66062.
