29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) 498 Van Bussum Ave, Saddle Brook, NJ: Two employees were not utilizing a personal fall arrest system and exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet  while working near the unprotected edges of a third story balcony, on or about 10/26/2023.     b) 498 Van Bussum Ave, Saddle Brook, NJ: One employee not utilizing a personal fall arrest system and exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet  while working near the unprotected edges of a second story balcony, on or about 10/26/2023.
